Freediving training is designed to improve your freediving skills. The training is personalized to the diver’s needs, to help him get better from where he is.
In freediving training you can work on static or dynamic breathing technique, on entrances, movement, deepening, equalization and more.
The training is conducted in small groups and includes safety and underwater photography.
You can get half a workout day (about an hour and a half to two hours in the water), or a full day that includes two water sessions.
